Near Pair of Vases - with some firing flaws and paint scratches otherwise good condition. Unassociated ginger jar cover - broken. Scent Bottle - with some very light surface scratches but otherwise good. Pair of Blue and White Plates - fully restored. Other pair of blue and white plates - with hairline cracks and chips to both. Imari Plate - good condition.

Unassociated Imari Cover - with a large loss. Hairline cracks. Imari Teapot - with poorly repaired spout and losses also. Chipped knop. Some paint scratches to the teapot and stand. Twin-Handled Sugar - repaired and chipped knop. Crazing and rubbing. Two teacups with stapled repairs to handles. All items with some slight discolouration and rubbing. Cachepot - hairline crack running almost the entire circumference of the foot. One or two paint scratches and some rubbing.

Three Chinese porcelain bowls, 18th century. Largest height 10cm, diameter 24cm. (3)The small bowl has a hairline rim crack running through to the base. The bowl with pagodas has a large break to the rim with crude repair and many rim chips with crude restoration. The Imari bowl has a large rivet repair to half the bowl.
A pair of Japanese Imari porcelain baluster vases, 19th century. gilt decorated with fish rising from the water amongst reeds, rushes and flowers, blue four character mark, height 31cm, width 14cm. (2)No chips or cracks. Decoration is fresh and untouched. In good condition. They are painted and not printed.

A Chinese Imari octagonal porcelain bowl, 19th century. Height 10.5cm, widest point 28cm.Provenance: From the estate of Lt Commander Conway Benning Allen. Allen was married in Hong Kong Cathedral in 1927, at which time he was Captain of HMS L5, one of eight L class submarines built for the Royal Navy during WWI. Based in Falmouth, HMS L5 had sailed to Hong Kong in 1919 and she served on the China Station throughout the 1920s, where Allen and his wife acquired these items.No damages.
Three Chinese Canton porcelain jars, 19th century. (one cover lacking) height of largest 12cm, diameter 9.5cm, a Chinese export porcelain bowl and saucer, 18th century, a Chinese export cup and saucer, 18th century, a tea bowl and cup, 18th century. (9)The large jar has a chip to the lid rim and a chip to the interior flange, star crack to the base. The middle size jar has a glaze chip to the lid as well as four interior flange chips. The smallest has a flange chip and crack to the body. Blue and white cup good, two hairline cracks to the saucer dish. Imari tea bowl has rim chips and restored foot. Mandarin cup has been broken in two. Export bowl and saucer, bowl good, the saucer with small foot chips.
