A large export Imari pattern vase and associated hardwood stand, 19th century, of baluster form with everted rim, with trailing foliage and bird decoration, the exterior decorated with two large panels and four subsidiary panels enclosing floral sprays, exterior pagoda scenes, overall height 83 cm, height of vase 62 cm, (2). Provenance: estate of Lady Willis widow of Lord Willis of Chislehurst (Ted Willis) 1918-1992, screenwriter and playwright, creator of Dixon of Dock Green and other popular television dramas.
