A rare Japanese porcelain Imari Tokuri late 17th century, in the form of Buddha seated upon a double gourd, 8in. (20.3cm.) high, cracked.* Condition: There is an old crack to the back of the upper section of the gourd, approx. 3½in. long. A few minor rubs to painted decoration and scratch to paint to robe over right shoulder. Several small firing cracks around the edge of the base.
Two Japanese porcelain Imari bowls late 19th / early 20th century, both of lotus form with shaped rim, painted in the typical palette, one with a central dragon within a border of peach branches and clouds, the other with a central floral roundel within a border with pagoda and prunus and floral reserves, both with unglazed base, 6in. (15.2cm.) diameter. (2)* Condition: Both in good condition, with just some gilt wear. No other faults.
