Victorian-Style Bobbin-Turned Bar Stool A late 19th-century Victorian-style bar stool, circa 1870–1890, likely crafted from dark-stained hardwood such as mahogany or oak. The stool features a rounded, flat cushioned seat upholstered with beige needlepoint-style or tapestry fabric, depicting a floral motif in greens and browns. The design highlights four bobbin-turned legs, splayed for stability, connected by bobbin-turned stretchers. The stool stands approximately 70cm high 38cm wide and 32cm deep. It exemplifies Victorian craftsmanship, balancing ornamental detailing with functional construction.
