Bemoaned my loss to the Crafts Council manager who knowing I was interested in jewellery suggested I might like a piece by Charlotte. She worked to commission only. She had made two rings for a client and given a choice. Interesting footnote - I had met Charlotte at the private view at Fairfax House [York]. When I had declared an interest she had said 'you must commission a piece'. CONDITION REPORT: Appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
