A late 19th early 20th Century Chesterfield style upholstered settee With a padded divided back covered in a rose and floral stripped tapestry out swept arms raised upon five leaf carved cabriole legs claw and ball feet raised upon brass castors 90cm high x approximately 247cm x 87cm with a loose cover and three cushions. CONDITION REPORT: As a loose cover, left hand arm some play in the joint. Right hand arm some play in the joint, Back solid, all four legs and feet and castors solid, upholstery old but in distressed condition. Upholstered cover to left hand arm torn showing through to horse hair, right hand arm material torn again showing through to horse hair, otherwise a good solid sofa.
An early Victorian mahogany and Berlin work screen With a leaf and scroll pediment above a panel depicting young ladies with a deer and hounds in landscape raised upon spirally turned columns, downswept legs joined with a turned stretcher, 127x50x36cms. CONDITION REPORT: Mahogany C scroll leafy cresting good condition, crossbanded border to frame good condition, Berlin tapestry some fading around the tree figures and deer, generally bright, reds, blues, bright colours, no breaks to the spirally turn columns, no break to central stretcher, no breaks to downswept scrolling legs, reverse some tears to the material backing, downswept stretcher feet loose require tightening, otherwise in good condition.
An Edwardian inlaid mahogany satinwood and ivory settee With a shaped tapestry padded back above a vase shaped splat flanked on either side by similar splats each inlaid with an ivory and satinwood inlaid vase with scrolling leaves down swept open arms serpentine seat raised upon front cabriole legs plain rear legs over inlaid with line inlays 92cm x 123cm. CONDITION REPORT: No breaks or repairs, arched top inlays complete including line inlays very minor surface scratching to the right hand handle, old ink stain to the left hand arm, traces of Edwardian polish, splats good condition, inlay in good condition, seat acceptable, discoloured tapestry and back both original, some minor bruising and scratching to the front seat rail. some surface scratching to the front and rear legs, line inlays in tact and good condition, generally in good condition with a loose velvet cushion

The elbow chair - some repairs, the back, turned left hand supports for horizontal cross stretchers, arm has been pegged on the back and also on the opposite arm pegged on the back, front left hand leg cracked at the top left hand side the upright rectangular section with a piece of timber missing approx. 5cms, shrinkage crack between the front stretcher and the opposite leg some loss of colour and signs of repolishing, a strip of old polish to the left hand support to the elbow rest, otherwise sound
