Small candlestick from the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. A small candlestick in the form of a column, cylindrical in shape, resting on a square pedestal. The candlestick is decorated with a bouquet of flowers, on a white background, in reserve with a gold elegant frame. The cylindrical stem of the candlestick, the pedestal and the head of the candlestick are decorated with gold stripes along the perimeter. The rest of the surface of the candlestick is decorated with continuous cobalt painting. Germany. Meissen. XX century. Porcelain, underglaze cobalt coating and overglaze polychrome painting. Gilding. Stencil painting depicting a bouquet of flowers, which received the name Meissen bouquet. Excellent condition. Height - 15.2 cm, base size - 6.0x6.0 cm. Standard Meissen hallmark.
