A collection of table lamp bases to include two pottery examples of twin-handled bottle form, one in the form of a lighthouse, a beaten copper covered example in the Arts and Crafts taste and a candlestick style table lamp (5) CONDITION REPORTS Height of tallest lamp base 56 cm including its brown finial. All lamp bases with wear, dirt and scuffs. Metal lamp also with some knocks and dents. Lighthouse one with quite a lot of firing faults and firing cracks and some chips and scuffs.

A vintage TG Limited exchange telephone, a candlestick telephone and a Victorian walnut and parquetry banded box CONDITION REPORTS Telephones with quite heavy wear and scuffs and tarnish, etc. Cords with damage and wear. Some fitments loose. Box with wear, knocks, bumps and scratches and interior linings are deteriorated.
Pair of 19th century figural candlesticks on marble bases 10in. (25cm) Both with wear to gilt and lacquered finish of figures. Both with small chips to marble. One missing the item from it`s left hand. There is also a crack in the candleholder of this candlestick. The other has a chip in the rim of the candleholder.
India and the Punjab An 1861 catalogue^ titled ‘CATALOGUE des OBJETS D`ART et de CURIOSITE^ composant la célèbre collection DU PRINCE SOLTYKOFFÂ’^ Vendu à DROUOT en 1861. Bound in original half leather^ with contemporary inscription and prices realised written in ink beside the lots details. Extensive collection of the Prince Pierre Soltykoff of medieval objects were eliminated in a sale in Paris in 1861^ from which the Museum acquired some of its most important medieval objects as the Gloucester candlestick. Prince Pierre Soltykoff was the grandson of the count^ later Prince^ Nicolas Soltykoff^ president of the Council of Ministers of the Tsar Alexander^ he came to Paris in 1840 where he assembled a vast collection of medieval treasures^ which he housed in two hotels built specifically for this purpose. The Collection of medieval art of Soltykov was the most famous collection of its kind and armor composed^ glass^ enamels^ watches^ ivories^ manuscripts and other parts. He travelled to Punjab^ India through Persia and Afghanistan^ visiting the Princely Royal Courts including that of the Sikh King^ Maharajah Sher Singh at Lahore^ on which he published his travel accounts. In 1861^ 1109 lots were sold at auction at Hotel Drouot^ 26 lots that were purchased by John Webb and offered to the South Kensington Museum^ including Phillips hunting (7650-1861)^ known as the reliquary Eltenberg and is considered the star of the entire collection^ and the lampstand of Gloucester (7649-1861).
