A COLLECTION OF MEISSEN INDIAN PATTERN PORCELAIN ITEMS, comprising an ovoid vase and cover; a small chamber candlestick with fan shaped thumb grip; a small posy holder; a circular box and cover; another chamber candlestick; and an ovoid jar and stopper, each painted with puce floral decoration with gilt highlights
JAMES & NATHANIEL CRESTWICK; a Victorian hallmarked silver shaped rectangular inkstand centred with an embossed baluster pounce/pen nibs box surmounted with a chamber stick acting as a lid, with snuffer, flanked by two faceted clear glass ink bottles and with scroll pierced pen rests, on cast scrolling supports, engraved "Presented to Mr F. Tryon Deeping 21st July 1874" to one side and "As a token of affection and esteem by friends at Salem Chapel, Peterborough" to the other, Sheffield 1853, 27.5 x 20cm, approx. 24.7ozt. CONDITION REPORT: Rim on both pots uncemented to silver collar, candlestick loose on base, makers mark rubbed.
MOORCROFT; a modern "Magnolia" pattern tube line decorated baluster vase on cream ground, impressed marks to base, candlestick symbol for 1992, height 9.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are two major lines of crazing to the glaze in the area of magnolia bud to one side, minor surface wear to the base rim, otherwise appears to be in good condition.
MOORCROFT; a small modern "Violet" pattern tube line decorated ginger jar and cover, impressed marks to base, candlestick mark for 1992, height 11cm. CONDITION REPORT: Areas of rubbing/scratching to the glaze around the rim caused by cover, some major crazing hairlines to underneath of the cover.
A Wedgwood three-colour Jasperware limited edition double Candlestick, "The Minerva Candlestick", black and white with sage green socket and stem, after the 18th century original by Henry Webber, impressed 'Wedgwood - Made in England' with the initials JK and MT (firing crack and minor damage to upper candle sconce, with restoration), 35.5cm high (max) CONDITION REPORT: Restoration and damage is minimal.
