A pair of 19th Century patinated and gilt bronze candle lustres in the French Empire taste, the plain trumpet sockets over glass drops supported on the head of an Egypto-Classical style robed figure with feathered headdress, raised on a stepped square plinth base CONDITION REPORTS One candlestick is significantly bent, top of the candlestick is bent, both candlesticks with some denting and mis-shaping. Some wear to the giltwork, some pitted marks, some chips and losses to the ends of the glass drops, general signs of wear and tear throughout. 21.5 cm high
A 19th Century gilt bronze candlestick in the Empire taste, the socket with lion mask monopodia supported bowl, raised on a column decorated with three caryatids and floral swags, raised on a foliate and beadwork decorated circular foot (converted to table lamp) CONDITION REPORTS The gilt has worn away revealing the bronze beneath, particularly to the swags and fruit drops. Has general wear and tear including dirt, scratches, small areas of pitting etc, please see photos for details

A group of 19th Century French gilt metal candlesticks, both converted to electricity, the first a two branch candelabrum, the canted plinth base rising to a spreading circular base, adorned with laurel branches intertwining around a central column adorned with ribbon swag and terminating at urn candle holder 23cms high, together with another alabaster and gilt metal candlestick with ram head terminals, 19.5cms.
A Linthorpe Pottery coffee pot and cover designed by Dr Christopher Dresser, model no.647, covered in a crackled amber glaze, a leaf shaped dish glazed green and a Watcombe terracotta candlestick impressed marks to the pot 24.5cm. high (3) Literature Judy Rudoe Decorative Arts 1850-1950, British Museum, page 184 catalogue no.101 for a comparable pot illustrated.

A pair of George V hallmarked silver candlesticks modelled as Corinthian columns, embossed with swags to the stems, with urns and foliate scrolls to the square spreading loaded bases, Thomas Bradbury & Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1921, height 25.5cm (one base af). CONDITION REPORT: One of the fillings of the bases is loose and it came out a bit, also there are several areas of scratches to the surface due to attempted wax removal which is also in some areas on the candlestick. Traces of cleaning products and the sconces are filled with old wax.
A William John Moorcroft twin handled vase of tapering form tube line decorated with two opposing stylised floral motifs on dark turquoise ground, impressed marks and signature to base, inscribed "MCC382", height 15cm, and a further vase of baluster form with floral decoration on brown ground, height 10cm, marked with candlestick to date for 1992 (af) (2). CONDITION REPORT: The smaller vase has an area of loss to the glazing to edge of rim, approx 1.3cm, areas of crazing to upper part and base. The twin handled vase appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
A small collection of Locke & Co Worcester blush ivory items with moulded decoration comprising a gilt heightened vase with Edward VII hallmarked silver rim, Johnson, Durban & Co, 1901, shape 721, height 16cm, a further gilt heightened bud vase, shape 105, with impressed mark to base, a footed vase with trumpet body, and a candlestick with squared base, shape 11, various printed marks to bases (4). CONDITION REPORT: General surface dirt, rubbing to gilt highlighting, silver rimmed vase has tiny firing flaw to inner base, firing bubbles to side of candlestick and to trumpet shaped vase.
A William John Moorcroft of baluster form tube line decorated with continuous landscape with trees and flowers, on dark blue and peach ground, marked to base, impressed candlestick mark to date for 1992, height 19.5cm (second quality). CONDITION REPORT: Crazing around the whole base particularly on the peach coloured part, also some crazing to the base, minor manufacturing imperfections to surface (firing cracks to glaze).
