Pair of Victorian Corinthian column candlesticks on stepped bases by Rupert Favell, London 1884, 28cm loaded bases. Condition Report: Both candlesticks have sizeable dents around the foot rim and corners of the base. One sconce is stuck. Small hole/split just above base on one candlestick. General age related wear and small dents.

An early 20th century black Bakelite candlestick telephone and an early 20th century Dictomatic Dictograph (2). Provenance: From the estate of Peter Lepine-Smith. Peter was an accomplished engineer and ran his Maypine shop in Surbiton for a number of years, he created the Maypine Trolleybus Company in the garden of his home in Great Bookham (see video online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=zlgp2olfKaQ). The electric clocks, telephones and radios in this sale were installed in his home by Peter. The Meccano from this collection will be offered in Ewbank's July Toys & Models Auction.
