A Pair of Bronze Patinated Brass and Gilt Metal Candlesticks, of Neo Classical Form, cast with central column of acanthus over gilt circular knop on triform foot base, 19th Century, and a pair of cast and gilt brass chamber candlesticks, moulded with vine leaves and fruit, 5.75ins wideThe candles measure 8.825ins high. One sconce is loose and there isn't sufficient thread for to be screwed on tightly. That same stick, the central shaft is leaning to one side very slightly. The other candlestick has a small hole in the central shaft near the bulbous reeded knop. Some light rubbing to the gilded areas, and some minor dents to the triangular inswept bases. Chamber candlesticks - gilding on both appears to be very rubbed, however, both have a thick layer of dirt. Otherwise they appear to be in good condition.

Pair of late Victorian silver mounted candlesticks, each of oval form, with tapering stem and removable sconce, upon an oval foot, with fluted and bead decoration, hallmarked Thomas Bradbury & Sons, London 1893, H19cmCondition Report: Approx (weighted bases)General wear commensurate with age and use, in the form of surface scratches, nicks and small knocks. Some splits to silver mounted stem, including one particularly large one to middle of one candlestick, and old solder repairs to splits. Some creasing/buckling to stems and larger knocks/indentations throughout.
Group of silver, including silver mounted candlestick, set of four teaspoons, open salt, napkin rings, etc all hallmarked Condition Report:Weighable silver approx 4.91 ozt (152.6 grams), weighted candlestick approx 2.96 ozt (92 grams). General wear commensurate with age and use, in the form of surface scratches, nicks, indentations and knocks. Hallmarks with varying degrees of wear, some elements indistinct.
