An Art Deco moulded glass candlestick, classical nudes. Height 23.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This is more likely to have been the column for a centre piece rather than a single candlestick. It is typical of the moulded glass of the 1930's and the definition is not particularly good. Other than that the candlestick itself is in good order and appears to be free from any obvious chips, cracks or flaws.
A pair of classical revival silver candlesticks, Harrison Brothers and Howson, Sheffield 1905, 16 cm and a silver cup Adie Bros, Birmingham 1923, 8 cm diameter, (1 sconce missing). CONDITION REPORT: Both candlesticks are in general good order throughout. Each have minor knocks to the base but nothing too significant. One candlestick is missing its sconce and has small knocks to the sconce housing and is slightly uneven. The paterae decoration to each stem has a hole to the centre. Both appear to be free from any breaks or splits. The marks are clear to read on both.
Two Georgian brass candlesticks, with integral drip trays. Height 20 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The candlestick with the tulip shaped sconce has two small rectangular 4 mm x 1 mm opposing holes. There is a further 5 mm diameter hole to the centre of the sconce. There is a very fine line of solder to the underside of the drip pan where it joins the lower stem. As expected there are small tiny insignificant dints and knocks but nothing that is detrimental. There is a further fine line of solder where the lower stem joins the dome shaped foot. On the underside there is a large patch of solder showing. The partner candlestick has two opposing 5 mm diameter holes pierced in the sconce. There is a small quantity of solder showing where the upper section joins the drip pan and further solder showing beneath the drip pan where is joins the lower stem. There is also a 7 mm x 4 mm gouge underneath the drip pan on the joining stem. There is a further small line of solder where the lower stem joins the domed foot but this is not instantly visible to the naked eye. On the underside there is a large central glob of solder. Overall there is nothing detrimental by way of cracks, dents etc
Two pairs of 19th century square based candlesticks. Tallest 21 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The small pair of candlesticks appear to be in very good order with significant damage or any repairs. There are no cracks or splits or solder visible. The larger pair are also in very good order with no visible cracks, splits or soldered repairs. One candlestick does have some nicks to the top of the column which should be visible on our images. The small pair of candlesticks attach to the base by means of a thread. They both tighten as they should. The larger candlesticks do not have any movements at the joints.
A pair of pewter candlesticks, 19th century, with wide drip trays and domed bases, 19 cm, a 19th century quart jug, engraved to the underside "G T Yarmouth", a small pewter Armada dish and a Tudric pewter cake stand numbered 01371 and struck "Made by Liberty & Co". CONDITION REPORT: Each candlestick has a 6 mm diameter hole in the centre of the sconce. Both drip pans have touch mark or initial RV and there are a lot of tiny scratches and dints as one would expect but there is nothing significant or detrimental in our opinion. These are an attractive pair of candlesticks. The quart tankard has been converted to a jug, it is slightly misshapen throughout. There is a 5 cm crack to the right hand side below the spout. There is a large crack running around the foot rim where it joins the body. The small Armada dish is in good condition generally, there is a slight dent to one side but nothing too detrimental. The centre has black pitting, all of which you should see from the email images. The Liberty pewter cake stand other than having a few surface scratches appears to be in good condition throughout.
A Meissen style porcelain figural candlestick, raised on a Rococo base. Height 31 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This is the base to a three branch candelabra. The gilding to the sconce is erased. The female figure is missing the tip to her left index finger. There are numerous small chips to the floral encrustations to the rear of the column. There is gilt rubbing throughout the base but there appear to be no signs of any obvious cracks, chips or restorations.

The dish he holds has a 3 cm section of the rim missing. The cavities appear to be filled with old metal polish. The brass base has slight casting flaws.
