A George III Silver Chamber-Candlestick, by Rebecca Emes and Edward Barnard, London, 1815 the base circular and with gadrooned border, with leaf-cast scroll handle supporting a tapering extinguisher, the central stem terminates in a tapering socket and with gadrooned nozzle, engraved on the base, extinguisher and nozzle with a crest15.5cm wide over handle, 10oz 1dwt, 312grFully marked under base and further part marked on extinguisher and nozzle. There is some wear to the marks, particularly to those on the extinguisher. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the high points and the engraving. The socket has been pushed down into the base very slightly. Rocks slightly when placed on a flat surface.

The marks with only some minor wear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The handle has perhaps been reattached.

There is some wear to the marks but each is legible. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a sortening to the high points and the engraved crest. The finial on the extinguisher is bruised.
