A pair of Scottish Georgian style silver candlesticks, with presentation case, hallmarked Glasgow 1908. R&W Sorley, Buchanan Street, each with a removable drip pan, knopped stem and spreading square base, 25cm high (loaded) One candlestick appears to be in good condition with no noticeable damage or repair. The other had a noticeable lean, and on further inspection there has been damage to the stem which may have been fully separated between the knop and base of the foliate part of the stem.
A pair of Unusual 19th Century Bronze Table Candlesticks. Made as lustres. (There are some lustres that go with this lot but the pair are much better without them!). Scrolling stem leading to the sconces with galloping horses mounted on rectangular bases. Height: 17.5 cms approx. Spread width: 16.5 cms approx. Condition: Good though one candlestick leans slightly more downwards than the other. Lustres not examined.
