dating: 1872 - 1917 provenance: Russia, Fine, equestrian, in-the-round, iron sculpture portraying a Kirghiz on horseback intended to light the pipe. The figure complete with reins. Mounted on a iron pedestal, with rectangular sole featuring the signature 'A. Ober' in Cyrillic, with date 1872. Russian, imperial mark in the bottom part of the base (crowned, double eagle inside a circle) and other two markings in Cyrillic and numbers. height 38 cm.
