A ROYAL NAVY SEA SERVICE CUTLASS, CIRCA 1805 the 24in. steel blade with pipe back showing signs of use, two-disc type hilt, with cast iron grip -- 28½in. (72.5cm.) overall; together with a horn-handled hunting hanger, 17½in. steel curved blade, stamped with indistinct maker's marks and brass end cap embossed with cherubs (2)Footnote: The two-disc naval cutlass was adopted by the Royal Navy in 1804.Condition report: Blade much reduced through sharpening, overall rusting and pitting commensurate with age, hunting hanger with some discolouration commensurate with age.
A 19TH CENTURY MODEL FOR A GAFF-RIGGED PILOT CUTTER OF CIRCA 1820 the hull carved from the solid with scored deck, wood and metal fittings including metal anchors with chains, hawse pipe and winch, deck lights, companionways, tiller, two boats sprung out on davits, stepped wooden mast with spacer, standing and running rigging with sheathed blocks and tackle, loosely mounted on wooden display base with cork stabilisers, overall measurements -- 25½ x 25½in. (65 x 65cm.) Provenance: De-accessioned from Russell-Cotes Museum, Bournemouth, 2021.Condition report: some components loose on deck. Typical wear to paint and surfaces commensurate with surfaces. Generally good overall condition

Reinecke, bearing painted crossed swords marks and impressed numbers to the bases, each approximately 15cm high, together with a later smaller example (5)Condition report: No. 60246 pipe is broken and missing. No. 60249 with glue repair to the flower in her left hand. Smaller figure broken to the top of the lyre. General surface wear to all.
A pair of 18th century Bow porcelain figures of a shepherd piper and shepherdess, shown standing on floral-moulded plain bases with dog and sheep at their feet, and a further Bow figure of a shepherd piper with his dog seated next to him, the largest measuring 16cm high (3)Condition report: The single figure has restoration, including to the hands, flute, hat, flowers, bottom of the coat. The female figure is reglued at the waist and right hand, and some minor restoration, including to the hands. The male figure of the pair has some minor restoration, including to the hands, pipe and hat. Some small flower chips to the figures.
Please note: this lot does not have a winder.A Parker Beacon (Dunhill) electroplated watch lighter, inscribed 'Beacon/Parker', base stamped 'Licensed English Patent 143752/Made in Switzerland/Lights in a Flash', rectangular form, engine-turned decoration, the square dial, with 'Swiss made' in black, with a ring attachment, height 5.2cm. The Parker Pipe Company was set up by Dunhill and used as a subsidiary brand. The Parker Beacon Company was established in 1928, as with this example the majority were produced under the 143752 Unique Patent, however. Its products were never sold through the Duke Street shop, but promoted directly in Paris and America, being manufactured by 'La Nationale'.
