Two unusual late 19thC or early 20thC small bronze or brass desk sculptures on matching bronze plinths, one showing a man standing with a swagger, holding a pipe and dressed in early 19thC clothing, the other showing a lady raising her left arm and looking down at a child or putto holding on to the skirt of her toga, both mounted on good bronze socle bases with machine turned bands, weighted with lead, and mounted on ball feet, tallest 12cm high.
