A Pratt Type Pottery Loving Cup, circa 1863, the ovoid bowl with leaf sheathed handles, on a circular foot, colour printed with a half length portrait of Edward, Prince of Wales and Princess Alexandra within a gilt cartouche, the reverse with a rose, thistle and shamrock within gilt borders, 17.2cm See illustration This print, usually seen on pot lids, was produced to commemorate the wedding of Edward and Princess Alexandra of Denmark in 1863.

This rare print celebrates the Grand Nation Jubilee and the Jubilee Amnesty where deserters were pardoned, a pardon for all armed forces offences, a subscription raised to discharge insolvent debtors and an amnesty for all POW`s except the French.

Henry Spencer Moore RA, OM, CH, FBA (1898-1986) "Red and Blue Standing Figures" Signed in pencil, bearing the artist`s name within the plate, coloured lithographic print, 29.5cm by 21.5cm; together with a book "Heads, Figures and Ideas" With a comment by Geoffrey Grigson and published by George Rainbird, London 1958, also published by the New York Graphic Society - Greenwich, Connecticut, compiled and designed by the artist in collaboration with George Rainbird using the auto-lithograph method printed on handmade paper. It was drawn by Henry Moore in 1958 and published by Rainbird in the same year (2)
