The club was active both in Poland and internationally, highlighting social, political and gender equality issues. The club celebrated its 10th anniversary in 1930, and it was possibly on this occasion that these prints were given to Jane Pontefract. The signatories are regarded as feminist pioneers, including the first female senator, journalists, writers, social activists, and one of the first female medical doctors.
