Two Pucci printed silk shift dresses, 1960s, labelled, one of silk jersey in shades of purple and blue, bust 91cm, 36in; the other multi-coloured with checkerboard print to hem, bust 86cm, 34in (2) CONDITION REPORT: Good condition. Purple and blue print has extremely faint perspiration stains to underarm edges but not obvious. Multi-coloured print is good condition, stitching to hem is frayed (minor).

Bow print dress has dye run/perspiration stains at underarms which is faint and hard to see. Skirt has grey stain near rear hem. YSL smock is good.

Otherwise good condition. Skirt: elastic waistband needs re-doing, hem has been raised approx. 1in, otherwise good.

CONDITION REPORT: Good condition. Fabric slightly rubbed at underarms, lacking belt. Lacking hook fastening at left cuff (minor). Very small tear at seam corner of neckline, easily repaired.

Two pin-head sized moth holes to back of shirt. Extremely faint perspiration stains at underarms which are not visible to exterior and hard to see. One button to shirt is loose but attached. Brown stain at hem, covered when buttoned and one at right cuff (not immediately noticeable). Print to skirt is very faintly faded (minor).

Pucci has faint brown mark to blouse hem and skirt seat - no very noticeable and may clean out. Valentino labels look a little soiled. Would benefit from cleaning but good condition. Otherwise good.

Belt is creased. Silk at rear bodice across shoulder is speckled from perspiration and not immediately obvious. Hem has been raised. Scattering of pin marks from brooch to left side of collar. Bust 42in, 107cm. Waist 30in, 76cm. Slip has 2 watermarks to lower skirt and small white soil marks, needs re-stitching along zip (minor). Petticoat - perspiration stains at underarms, light brown stains to skirt. One strap needs re-stitching at one end. · Hardy Amies dress - good condition, bust 38in, waist 26in · Black and gold dress - good condition, bust 36in, waist 26in · Black jacket - rear centre back seam needs re-stitching and along rear hem. Front darts have been let out at waist, beading is good. Bust 36in.
A rare John Galliano printed felt invitation, Spring-Summer, 1991, printed to one side with a female figure with red cape, headdress formed from car number plate, playing cards and clothes adorned with pin ups, Greek statue, Marilyn Monroe and a target, the reverse with seat plan for the show, Wednesday 17 October, 1990, 19.30 hours - Salle Perrault, Cour Carre du Louvre, Rue de L'Amiral de Coligny, Paris 75001, 63 by 44cm Galliano defected from London fashion week to show in Paris for his AW 1990-91 collection. This invitation was for his second Paris show. Although his studio at this time was still located in London his eyes were on Paris where he was to move in 1992 with his new backer Faycal Amor. CONDITION REPORT: 5 moth holes in the seating plan area and light scuffing. Main pictorial print is good condition. Creases from having been folded.

A Cockell & Johnson 'Fred Astaire' satinised cotton jacket, early 1970s, labelled, the light green ground printed with repeats of a smiling Fred Astaire wearing a bow-tie and red carnation to his lapel; together with a photocopy of a photo of Fred Astaire wearing a similar jacket, chest 96cm, 38in (2) CONDITION REPORT: Jacket is a bit grubby and would benefit from cleaning, print is generally rubbed along edges. Perspiration stains to lining at underarms. The odd small spot stain but these are hidden within the print. Overall good.

Satin covering to buttons at right cuffs worn away. Small holes in skirt. Print faded from dry cleaning. Poor condition.
Three brass glove irons, circa 1900, two stamped 'James Ward, Worcester Ltd', the other 'WH. Hallett & Son, Halson Works Yeovil'; together with a print out of information relating to the Alwyn glove factory, 50cm long (4) Glove irons are traditionally used during the last stages of manufacture to remove any creases in the leather after the glove has been stitched together. Provenance: The Alwyn glove factory, Worcester, was established in 1963 by Les Winfield, who's father had also been a glover. In 1986 the company was commissioned by Prince Andrew to make a pair of uniform gloves to wear on his wedding day. Alwyn gloves were also worn by Margaret Thatcher and other high-profile clients. As the historic Worcester glove industry declined, Mr. Winfield became the last glover in the region, working into his 90s with only one employee, and using antique equipment (such as these glove irons). Sequins are frayed to rear neckline and occasional floating threads, mainly at hem (minor). Very faint perspiration stains at right underarm to lining only, not visible to exterior. Also perspiration stains along interior edge of neckline/ Tear to lining at right underarm, easily repaired. Lining at back left needs re-stitching along seam approx. 5cm (minor).

Hermes with central soldier has soil line across fold lines. 'Courbettes and Cabrioles' has light brown stains. 'Vielle Marine' has faint ink transfer and a couple of light brown stains. Key print is soiled with brown stains. 'Armeria' has bleach marks/soiled. Others in good condition.
