19th Century French miniature gilt brass and enamel oval cased carriage clock by Drocourt of Paris, the dial with Roman numerals and painted decoration depicting a romantic couple in a landscape, the side panels with conforming decoration, back plate with Drocourt trade mark, retailers mark for Henry Capt of Geneva and with the number 12538, 10cm high with handle raised Condition Report: Gilding is a little dirty and rubbed - This is a cosmetic report only we do not comment on the workings of clocks -** General condition consistent with age
A giant brass carriage clock, 19th century, quarter striking on two gongs, the porcelain dial inscribed 'London', impressed 'B' in circle on back plate, in a gorge case, 25.5cm high to top of handle CONDITION REPORT: No obvious major defects. Three glass panels (two sides and top) have damage, chips. Pitting to the top section of the clock. 'London' inscription worn to dial.
A miniature Cartier enamelled carriage clock Decorated with blue and yellow enamels, the circular dial with Arabic numerals inscribed Cartier, housed in a plush lined leather carrying case inscribed Cartier. The clock 5.25 cms high. CONDITION REPORTS: Generally good, some surface wear, dial slightly worn, case tatty and possibly associated.
