Sewill, London - late 19th century, the brass column case with dentil borders, housing a white Roman enamel dial and Arabic alarm dial within a matted gilt mask panel, the dial signed 'J. Sewill 30 Cornhill London, Made in Paris', the twin train 8-day movement striking the hours and half hours on a gong, numbered '1002', 19.5 cm high (handle up), with later key.
