A pair of Derby figures of street traders c.1820, one of a lady selling trinkets from a box, the other of a gentleman demonstrating a carriage clock, with a further clock strapped to his back, and a Samuel Alcock figure of a fruit seller, standing beside a basket of berries and holding a set of scales, raised on a shaped base, some restoration to the lady, 12.3cm max. (3) Provenance: from a private collection. Purchased from Andrew Dando, Bradford on Avon, in 2007.
