A 19th century French ormolu five-glass repeating carriage clock, 5cm slightly convex white enamel dial inscribed Bryson & Son, Paris, Roman numerals, 14-day movement striking on a bell, chased throughout with foliage and scrolls, incurved pilasters to angles, shaped swing carrying handle, ogee-shaped base, 15cm high over handle, c.1880 Condition Report: Please see attached images. The dial in good condition with some very small wear. The case itself with some surface wear, scratches and blemishes. The glass good. Not fully wound but working when escape button pressed and chiming; however we don't guarantee the perpetuity of any mechanism or its working condition. The movement clean and in order.The backplate is numbered 4404. Difficult to discern any numbering between movement plates - if there are any. The base and foot each correspondingly numbered 4404.
A 19th century French rosewood and marquetry carriage clock, 7cm rectangular dial inscribed Paul Garnier, Ho[rologie]r du Roi, Paris, Roman numerals, the movement with platform escapement, striking on a bell, the case inlaid in brass and mother of pearl with scrolling leaves and musical trophies, plinth stand with bracket feet, 19cm high, c.1870 Condition Report: Please see attached images. Cracked dial with no losses. Losses to stringing in places, one corner with replacement veneers and a replaced pegged backplate. Wear and tarnish. Fairly clean movement but not currently set up and we don't guarantee the perpetuity of any mechanism. Please see attached images. D.S.

Dobell, Hastings, 5.5cm chapter ring inscribed with Roman numerals and flanked by jewelled flowers, 14-day movement striking on a gong, the chapter ring centred by an emblematic putto painted in pastel tones, above a rural family, within a bleu celeste, gilt and 'pearl' bead border, the case with shaped carrying handle and chased with foliate scrolls, skirted plinth base, 20cm high over handle, c.1880 Condition Report: Backplate numbered 363, as is the base. Not currently wound to be in full working order but runs and strikes when triggered by button. Please see attached images as requested.

A small early 20th century continental brass cased carriage clock, the white porcelain dial with black Arabic numerals, set with bevelled glass plates, 10.5cm high, together with a Victorian mahogany framed wall barometer, the painted dial set in a circular shallow carved frame below a central column thermometer on opaque glass flanked by turned columns below a finial pediment, 9cm dial diameter, 40cm high (total) (2).
