One glass side panel has a large deep scratch. Some discolouration to the gilt case. Travelling case is quite worn and damaged.

French Henry Marc of Paris, 19th century brass carriage clock, white enamel face set with both Arabic and Roman dial, approx 9 x 13.5 cms, hammer strikes to a coil, complete with winding key. Note glazing in good condition, white enamel face is in good condition, not working at the present time.
A gilt brass cased carriage clock with repeat mechanism and alarm, the white enamel dial signed Dent, 33 Cockspur St, 15.5cm high CONDITION REPORT: Serial number - 3899. Front name badly rubbed, case very dull condition but complete. Glass panels in good condition. Currently in intermittent working order.
A 19th Century brass cased carriage clock by Drocourt, with repeat mechanism, the dial and sides with engraved decoration of flowers and insects, backplate and underside numbered 17647, 18.5cm high (handle up) with outer leather case and key/Provenance: Alice Liddell (1852-1934) and by descent. Alice Liddell was the inspiration for Alice in Wonderland/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: Serial no: 17647, currently not working. No damage, panels slightly corroded. The clock strikes on a gong, the movement is intact and the escapement appears to be the problem
A lacquered brass carriage clock, English, the white dial with a subsidiary seconds dial, inscribed 'L'Epee Fondee en 1839 Sainte Suzanne France', enclosing a two train movement with a repeating button, striking on the hour and the half hour, stamped 'L'Epee' and 'made in England', 17.5cm highCondition report: Overall good order. Has been working but we cannot guarantee this will continue.
Fine quality early 20th century carriage clock, with eight day repeat movement striking on a gong and silvered dial with Arabic numerals, in a silver mounted tortoiseshell case, with applied cartouche EMT, top mounted swing handle, on four bun feet (London 1913) Maker H.A & C. In the original Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd carrying case. (Keys present) 15cm overall height.Condition report: General overall condition is very good, tortoiseshell has minor surface scratching but no major damage or visible signs of repair. Silver mounts are good, some minor surface scratching and wear, no visible damage or repair. Hallmarks are clear. Movement appears to be in working order, although we have not had it going for any length of time. Outer case is dirty and damaged, some surface leather is missing, surface is scuffed and top handle is broken. Interior is dirty and worn in places. Two keys are not original. Photographs to follow.
