A late 19th/early 20th century French repeating carriage alarm clockThe Sevres type painted porcelain dial and dial plate with Roman numerals and subsidiary alarm dial flanked with further Sevres type panels decorated with putti, the gong striking movement by Francois-Arsene Margaine and numbered 7270, in red leather travelling case. The clock 18 cm high overall. CONDITION REPORTS: Generally good with expected wear, some rubbing, one panel cracked and re-glued, minor losses to panel bejewelling, case with some scuffing.

A late Victorian silver cased Travelling Clock, by Mappin & Webb, hallmarked London, 1899, of small carriage clock design with all over hammered decoration, top scroll handle, raised on four bracket feet, the clock with white enamel dial and Roman Numerals, some damage to enamel, 3in (7.5cm) high, contained within original velvet lined fitted Mappin & Webb Case.

New York, of five-glass form, the white enamelled dial with black Roman numerals and subsidiary alarm, the movement back plate with stamp of Drocourt and no.17099, striking on a coiled gong, 6½in (16.5cm) high. Note: clock recently serviced, with paperwork.
