An Edwardian French brass carriage clock: the eight-day duration timepiece movement having a later platform lever escapement, with alarm on a bell, the white enamel dial having black Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands and a subsidiary alarm dial, the pillared case having a three-bail handle, contained in a leather travelling case, height 11.5cm handle down, 13.5cm handle up.
A French gilt brass carriage clock by Holingue Freres, the white porcelain dial with Roman numerals and blue steel hands, fitted with a twin cylinder movement striking on a bell, in a four-pillar brass case, in an associated Asprey, London, red Morocco leather case, 13cms high.Condition ReportThe serial number to the backplate is 2942 and it is stamped with the initials HL on the front of the movement frontplate. Below that are two sets of numbers, the top numbers look to be 2735 or 2935 and underneath this is either 9432 or 9452.

A French brass cased carriage clock, the case with chain-link decoration and raised on cushion feet, the off-white enamelled dial having Arabic numerals and delicate floral swags, with key, 12cm high.Condition report: Case appears good overall with only negligible signs of age and use. Dial good with no hairlines, chips or marks. Movement winds, sets and runs. Not tested for timekeeping.
