A monumental French serpentine marble and ormolu-mounted clock garniture, mid 19th century, the clock surmounted by bronze figures of a nymph placing a garland of flowers on a winged Eros' head, flanking an arched pillar mounted with a relief depicting Vesta, on a rectangular pedestal inset with an ormolu plaque cast in relief with putto and garlands of flowers, on a stepped plinth and four mythical beast cast bracket feet, the circular white enamel dial, indistinctly signed, with flower cast bezel, the two train brass movement with anchor escapement and strike (bell lacking), 82cm high, together with a pair of en suite five light candleabra, the leaf cast nozzles set on acanthus scrolled branches above a winged caryatid and a square pedestal mounted with cast ormolu masks and flowers, on step plinths and four engine turned feet (minor damage), 90.5cm high (3)
