Fine Art Deco emerald and diamond cocktail ring with a rectangular step cut emerald flanked by four brilliant cut diamonds with stepped shoulders set with baguette cut diamonds. Ring size O CONDITION REPORT Very good condition. The emerald measures approximately 12.75mm x 5.73mm x 4.27mm deep. It is a very vivid green with even distribution of colour - has not been tested for treatment. Inclusions visible with a loupe but not easily visible to the naked eye. Minor surface scratches. Diamonds all clean bright well matched stones. Precious white metal setting which has not been tested and is not hallmarked. Possibly dates from 1940 - 1960. Total gross weight 5.4 grams

A Safety Stairways Ltd cast iron Spiel staircase With ten triangular steps with scrolling infills with fluted baluster columns, approximate height 330cms each step measures 74cms x 36cms. CONDITION REPORT: No breaks or repairs requires repainting, one rectangular splat detached from the frame the end fluted upright loose, hand rail loose from end support with three larger cast iron splats and two uprights loose from the main frame possibly form part of a landing extension.

A Victorian Diamond, Pearl and Emerald Set Brooch, in an entwined form, with buckle detail, scroll engraved throughout, set with step cut emeralds, split pearls and old cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 0.80 carat approximately, measures 4.6cm by 5.1cm Overall good condition. Fastens with a pin and hook catch, and features a safety chain. Locket panel to the reverse. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 16.0 grams. A Multi Gem Bug Pendant, a round brilliant cut peridot, a step cut aquamarine and faceted pear shaped amethysts form the bug with four round brilliant cut diamond accents and two further diamonds at the antiennae, measures 4.5cm by 5.4cm. . The bug is in good condition. It is stamped '750', and in our opinion it would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; carat weight 0.40ct, colour I/J/K and clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 20.2 grams. CR made 9th June 2015.

A Georgian Ring, three green step cut stones spaced by pairs of rose cut diamonds, in yellow claws within a decorative mount, on a scroll decorated mount, finger size G1/2, in box The ring is in good condition, commensurate with age. One of the green stones has a noticeable chip. All bear scuffs and scratches. They are hard to get a definite test result on, but are probably emeralds. It bears no hallmark, nor stamp, but in our opinion it would test as gold. The rose cut diamonds are each estimated to weigh 0.03ct. Their colour and clarity have not been assessed as the ring ought to be professionally cleaned first, and this condition, alongside closed back settings does not allow for accurate judgement. Gross weight 1.8 grams. CR made 27th April 2015

A Pink Stone and Pearl Pin, the pink step cut stone set centrally within a cannetille frame, with a spray surround of stems threaded with graduated pearls, length 7.6cm (a.f.) NB the pearls have not been tested This is in poor-fair condition. There are three pearls missing, two of which are present. Initially, the pink centre stone was believed to be ruby, but tests a[ppear to indicate tourmaline.The pearls are uneven shapes, with poor quality skins, and lustre. Gross weight (excluding loose pearls) 11.2 grams. CR made 28th May 2015

A Peridot and Seed Pearl Bangle, a square step cut peridot within a border of seed pearls to scroll sides encasing floral seed pearl decoration, hinged to a double row back The bangle is in fairly good condition. There are a couple of minor dents. It fastens with a tongue and box catch and features a safety chain. It bears a worn stamp, and in our opinion it would test as gold. Gross weight 10.2 grams.
