A Late 19th Century Tourmaline, Pearl Diamond and Enamel Brooch, circa 1870], the oblong step-cut tourmaline, collet set within a scroll work border decorated with white and black enamel, half pearl and old brilliant-cut diamond highlights, later brooch pin fitting, in the style of Carlo and Arthur Guiliano.
