Note: Baumgarten programs are not pirate copies-Cecil Baumgarten was officially authorised by the SARB to publish in the Western Cape from the mid 1960s to the early 1990s. These were a welcome addition to the utilitarian WPRU programmes which were often only one page and consisted of advertisements with a copy. In contrast Baumgarten provide photographs, articles, statistics and history.
