A Newhall porcelain teapot and cover, circa 1790, of commode form, puce mark to underside, height 15cm, together with similar sugar basin, milk jug and four matching teabowls with saucers (11) CONDITION REPORT: Chip to rim of teapot (thumbnail sized), security chain present on lid, spout un-damaged, puce mark N208, milk jug slight time-staining otherwise good, sugar with general discolouration but in good order, one teabowl with hairline crack, saucers in fair condition.
A Chinese silver coloured metal three-piece tea service, Cum Wo, Hong Kong, melon shape, embossed reserves of figures, dragons and bamboo etc./see illustration Condition Report: Lot 228:Weight approx 645gm. Teapot 11cm high to top of handle x 21.5cm long from handle to spout. Teapot has signs of repair to hinge of cover, the decoration to the cover does not conform to the other decoration, perhaps a replacement cover. Repair to top of handle. Otherwise the sugar basin and jug seem in overall good condition just light surface wear, scratches and small dents in line with age and usage. Each piece marked.

A George IV silver three piece teaset, by William Troby, London 1821/1822, comprising:- a teapot of compressed circular shape, the lower body fluted below a floral edge and raised on four foliate winged paw feet, insulated scroll handle, the hinged cover with flat foliate finial, 14.5cm high, together with the matching two handled sugar basin and broad spouted milk jug, 49.33oz (3) Repairs to the teapot below the handle, also to the left of the hinge on the collar and on the underside. Jug and basin have minor bruises.
