A suite of Royal Worcester hand painted gilt coffee china decorated with fruit, comprising of coffee pot, cream jug, lidded sugar basin and six demi-tasse cups and saucers. CONDITION REPORT: Coffee pot height 20 cm, decorated by Price, no apparent damages or restorations. Cream jug height 10 cm, decorated by Price, no apparent damages or restorations.Sugar basin with lid height 9 cm, decorated by Price, no apparent damages or restorations. Cups are on saucers which are diameter 11 cm each. Cups are decorated 2 x W. Bee, H Ayrton, H Everett, E Townsend and W J Bagnall. There are no apparent damages or restorations to the cups, they do each 'ting' at very slightly different pitches although we can't visibly see fault. The saucers are by Ayrton x 2, Townsend x 2, W.Bee and H Stinton. One Townsend saucer has been damaged and has tape on the underside. There is generally slight rubbing on small areas of gilding to much of the suite, I would suggest the decoration is in good condition and not flaking. Bidders must satisfy themselves of the condition of this lot pre-sale, this report is a matter of opinion only, whilst we believe it to be accurate it is the buyer's responsibility to satisfy themselves with the condition before bidding.
