Vinyl / Acetate - The Beatles Let It Be. Original UK 1970 Unreleased mix acetate (no effects on Paul McCartney vocals, Ringo drums start later and buried in the mix and other variations). Side B has an unreleased live version of The Byrds - So You Want To Be A Rock 'N' Roll Star also from 1970 (this version is not any of the released versions). It is well known that music publishing companies used to put 2 different artists on an Acetate because they were expensive. The Acetate is in VG condition with some non feelable scuffs and plays great with the usual crackle expected from acetates of this age. Provenance : This acetate comes from the EMI Music publishing library that was purchased by the vendor 7 years ago.

Memorabilia & Autographs – The Beatles framed and glazed ‘Pillow Fight’ signed photograph. The most famous of Harry Benson’s pictures of The Beatles taken in their Paris hotel room the night they were told they had gone to number one in the USA. Harry Benson then accompanied the band on tour when Ringo Starr was briefly replaced by Jimmie Nicol due to illness. This picture was signed for Harry Benson by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Jimmie Nicol, and their road manager Mal Evans, and then gifted to the vendor who was a family friend. Due to the very brief stint of Jimmie Nicol in the band, a set of autographs including Jimmy are considered extremely rare. *Signatures have been authenticated prior to auction by Roger Epperson. Frame measures approx 14.5" (H) x 13" (W).
