Ed Baynard (American, 1940-2016). Watercolor on canvas painting titled "Persia" depicting a still life, 2004. Signed, dated, and titled along the verso. Baynard was a graphic designer for "The Beatles" as well as a clothing designer for Jimi Hendrix.Height: 24 in x width: 36 in.Condition: No visible tears, creases, or losses. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. The surface appears to be stable, and the color is bold and bright. Along the extreme edges, there are a few scattered areas with light paint residue; please see the listing image. Along the negative area, there are a few scattered areas of minute paint residue, most likely original to the artwork. Along the verso, there is an area where the paint from the recto is transmitted; please see the listing image.
