A rare 1970 one sided 7" acetate of 'The Beatles' track 'The Long and Winding Road' with Emidisc label and blue ballpoint writing of title track. Condition is fair/good with some scratches. Disc is being sold by Alan Williams of 'The Rubettes' who covered this song early on his career as part of the double act 'Baskin & Copperfield' where they scored a minor hit. The disc was given to Alan by Decca records as a precursor demo to their 1970 record release on Decca F13053.
An early signed album page by the Beatles with signatures of John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison, the reverse bears signatures of 1960's group Sounds Incorporated dedicated to Brenda. (The vendor has advised that these signature were obtained in person at the Cavern Club, most likely 1st July 1962, the only time when both groups appeared on the bill there).
The Beatles: a piece of lined paper titled Beatles and signed by all four Beatles, collected by the vendor at the Concert at Royal Hall Harrogate, Friday 8th March 1963, with facsmilie programme and Poster from the Concert, with small two Royal Hall posters signed To Denise by The Hunters and The Innocents & Dave Berry and a small piece of paper siged Freddie, also a letter detailing the Vendors attendance at the Concert. The Beatles signed Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison & Ringo Starr on separate pages from Jill F's autograph book with each Beatles member adding three kisses, these signatures were obtained personally in the 1960s by Jill who was an avid collector of autographs and even car registrations of the band's transports.
