BEATLES THE: Vintage signed 9 x 7 photograph by three members of The Beatles individually, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The image depicts the Fab Four standing in a half length pose together, McCartney and Starr each holding cameras. Signed to the verso by the three with their names alone in blue and black inks. Two magazine photographs of the band are also neatly affixed to the base beneath the signatures. Some scuffing to the image and verso, not affecting the signatures, and some tape stains to a dark area at the base of the image. G

IAIN MACMILLAN (BRITISH, 1938-2006) ABBEY ROAD [FRONT COVER], 1969 C-print, signed and editioned 12/25 42.5cm x 42.5cm (16.75in x 16.75in) On the 8th August 1969, at 11.30am, The Beatles crossed the pedestrian crossing by Abbey Road Studios to pose for their legendary pictures captured by British photographer Iain MacMillan, for the front cover of their new album. Only six pictures were taken in all, and teh photo shoot lasted for 10 minutes. Since then millions of people have posed on the crossing to recreate this iconic photo.

The Beatles Autographs, Early 1960`s Autograph Book Compiled by the Vendor who was an Avid Fan, containing a Sheet signed in Red Ballpoint Pen `Love to Stephanie from the Beatles, John Lennon xxx, Paul McCartney, George Harrison xx All is forgiven!, Ringo Starr xx`, also a Small Drawing of a Beetle in Red Ballpoint Pen Drawn by John Lennon by which the Vendor wrote `John wrote the Beatle`. With these is a Ticket Stub from the ABC Cinema, Blackpool for Sunday, September 8 which she has written above `Last Blackpool show` and describes seeing the Beatles as they left the theatre, and a Postmark dated 30 August 1963. The Vendor wrote to John Lennon apologising for pulling his hair at the ABC, a Few Strands of this hair is contained in an envelope with the autograph book. Also in the book are autographs of The Hollies, Manfred Mann and Gerry(Marsden) 3 times, with Ticket Stub for his show at the Queen`s Theatre, Sept. 22, 1963, and descriptions of the Vendors meeting him, plus many others including the name and address of George Harrison`s friend and Gerry Marsden`s van driver at the time Arthur James Kelly. The entire book is a snapshot of an early 1960`s teenage fan`s social life and is provenance in itself.

EPSTEIN BRIAN: (1934-1967) British Music Entrepreneur, manager of The Beatles. Blue ink signature on a small piece clipped from a feint ruled page of a pocket diary. A small oblong stain affects a small area at the centre of the signature. Together with Bill Haley (1925-1981) American Rock `n` Roll Musician. D.S., `W. Haley`, one page, slim 8vo, Berlin, n.d. (November 1979). The partially printed document, from the Hotel Schweizerhof, is a meal and drinks receipt including roast beef. Haley has added his hotel room number, 713, in his hand beneath his signature. Stapled to a series of other, similar (although unsigned) receipts and an overall statement from the hotel. G, 2
