THE BEATLES AUDIO TAPES. A boxed reel of 5" Emitape which according to vendor testimony contains a compilation of live Beatles recordings, interviews, some studio outtakes and more. According to vendor testimony, the tape came from BBC Wood Norton in Evesham which was used as studios and now is now the BBC Academy and Technical Centre. The tape was part of several boxes of BBC radio tapes both transmitted copies and internal copy tapes related to programmes and stored at BBC Wood Norton. The tapes were purchased at auction c 2000.

An immaculate condition original US stereo copy of Help!. 1965 rainbow label (SMAS-2386), side 2 label omitting 'You can Do That', neither label with 'Ken Thorne' credits, West Coast pressing. The record is in sublime archive condition showing very few discernible marks. Matrix: SM (AS) (ST etched over) -1-2386-A11 3 * & SM (AS) (ST etched over) -2-2386-B12. The gatefold sleeve is in archive condition - still housed with the original shrink, this has clearly not been removed.

Matrix: ST1-2442-X5P & ST2-2 442-W4P. With original company inner. The sleeve (still with shrink roughly 2/3 intact) is in fantastic Ex+ condition with some very light corner wear. The scarce hype sticker 'Hear Paul Sing Michelle Original Beatles' Version' is in clean order.

Stereo copy (SWBO 101) with embossed lettering and numbered 'A 0244355'. This copy is still fully factory sealed and is therefore catalogued as Mint. The sleeve is in Ex+ condition with some very light corner wear and a little foxing to small sections of the shrink.

The sleeve is in Ex+ condition with some very light ringwear on the reverse.

Extremeley well presented original German export copy of The Beatles' Second Album, this edition distributed to troops at US military bases in West-Germany for a short two month period in 1964. The record (Odeon ZTOX 5558, white/gold/red labels, with 'GEMA' labels) is in fantastic glossy Ex+ condition showing just a couple of extremely minor and faint surface hairline marks. Matrix/runout: YBEX 50053-1 * & YBEX 50054-1 with MANUFACTURED IN GERMANY' machine stamped both sides. The sleeve is in sharp VG+ condition with some light creasing to the laminate on the front, the reverse in fantastic clean condition.

The sleeve (2nd green apple) is in sharp Ex condition with some light foxing. Complete with promo Apple flyer in excellent condition. The 'Get Back' book is in excellent condition with no loose pages. The 'inner' tray is in solid VG condition with a few light paper tears. The 'outer' tray is in VG+ condition with a few light creases. The outer slipcase is in very clean Ex condition with some very light laminate wear.

Complete with original photos, poster and black inners all in excellent condition. The gatefold sleeve is in remarkable archive condition - one of the best we've seen, there is only slight wear noted.

THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME LP (2ND UK MONO 'BLACK AND GOLD' WITH 1ST PRESSING SLEEVE - PMC 1202. A solid example 2nd UK mono 'black and gold' copy of the fabled debut LP from The Beatles. The record (2nd 'black and gold' Parlophone label pressing now with Northern Songs credits) is in G+ condition. The majority of the record contains only some light surface marks, however there is a light scratch that runs with the groove at the start of side 2 - this causes a small skip and some 'interference' like surface noise for a few rotations. Matrix/mother stampers: XEX 421-1N 1 GP & XEX 422-1N 12 GH. The 1st pressing ('right' aligned Angus McBean credit) sleeve is in very smart VG+ condition. There are some light creases to the laminate though these are not extensive at all with the general 'feel' of the sleeve very strong with the flipback design nice and clean.

63A THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM LP (ORIGINAL UK STEREO PRESSING PCS 7067/7068 - NUMBER 0055197). A very well presented original UK stereo copy of the famous eponymous album from The Beatles. Both records without EMI credits. Record one (PCS 7067) is in VG condition with some surface/scuff marks though no heavier scratches. -1/-1 matrix endings. Record 2 is in glossy VG+ condition with just a few light and minor surface/hairline marks. -1/-1 matrix endings. Complete with original photos, black inners and poster in excellent condition. The gatefold sleeve is in very well presented Ex condition - a lovely example, there is a 'bump' on one of the bottom corners and a couple of very minor creases. The nice low number (0055197) is a little faded but still fully legible.
