However, he is best remembered by a wider audience for writing the screenplay of The Beatles' debut feature film A Hard Day's Night (1964), which earned him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. Donald Morley was born on June 9, 1923 in Fulham, London, England. He was an actor, known for The Railway Children (1957), Westway (1976) and The Crime of the Century (1956). He was married to Marianne Morley and Enid Irvin. He died on May 27, 1999 in Richmond, Surrey, England. Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
