A collection of coloured book plates after G D Armour of hunting subjects, approximate size 19 x 14 cm (unfarmed) together with a set of three Vanity Fair spy prints of gentlemen including The Lad, Cobham Hall, etc and also together with a pair of reproduction posters for the Beatles film Help and Yellow Submarine, 45 x 30 cm (unframed) together with two prints of bi-planes (in one frame)
Paul McCartney (formerly of The Beatles) with Linda McCartney (autograph); a signed sheet of note paper in black ballpoint ink inscribed 'All the best! to Judy, Geoff and Mark, Paul McCartney.' and inscribed below in similar ink 'Love Linda McCartney'. The piece of note paper was autographed by the McCartney's to the Vendor's father and herself in 1982 whilst she was working in her parent's toy shop in High Wycombe. She met the couple when they came into their shop to buy fireworks to entertain their children that evening after they had been filming locally. The lot comes with an accompanying newspaper clipping dated November 9 1982 commenting on the surprise meeting.
