Beatles Autographs plus, an autograph book with signatures of all four Beatles and Neil Aspinall plus Freddie and the Dreamers. These were obtained at the Empire Pool Wembley 11th April 1965 at the New Musical Express Poll Winners Concert for the vendor by her father Arthur Richardson who was a commissionaire at the venue. According to the vendor, part of her father's role was to ensure the artists had enough food and drink and so he was able to present the autograph book to the band. John, Paul and George's signatures are on one page, Ringo Starr with an unidentified signature on another and Neil Aspinall on a further page. Freddie and the Dreamers were also on the bill and the Vendor's father obtained their signatures with Freddie Garrity on one page, Derek Quinn and Roy Crewdson on another and Pete Birrell and Bernie Dwyer on a further page. The remainder of the signatures are of personal friends of the vendor including a band called the Tea Set who signed it in 1966. Freddie Garrity page loose, otherwise all in very good condition - signatures nice and clear - As per our Terms and Conditions and with particular reference to autograph material or works, it is imperative that potential buyers or their agents have inspected pieces that interest them to ensure satisfaction with the lot prior to auction; the purchase will be made at their own risk. The Beatles - original 1965 'The Beatles Third Christmas Record' Fan Club flexidisc record LYN 948. Generally appears in excellent condition, complete with original card sleeve showing an image of the band.

The Beatles - John Lennon (d.1980), Paul McCartney, George Harrison (d.2001) and Ringo Starr - an incredibly rare period 1960s 8x10" black and white publicity photograph of the band, autographed by all four members to the front. The photograph taken by Dezo Hoffman shows the Fab Four walking a street in London. Signed over their respective figures, in blue ink, with one adding the dedication 'Best Wishes To Susan'. McCartney signing in a darker area across his chest, the others signing in clear areas. Some handling marks to the photograph, and light creases to the very corners, but no tears or large folds, and should be considered in VG+ to EX condition for its age. Unframed. Autographed photographs of all four members of The Beatles from the period are considered extremely rare, and represent one of the most sought after pieces of memorabilia in the world. Provenance; a family friend of the vendor's Father was John Wall (Baron Wall) - managing director of EMI Records from 1960-1966. As a teenager the vendor asked her Father if John could get the autographs of the Beatles for her and her Sister. Some weeks later, this signed photograph arrived. Of Beatles Interest - an original 1950s Gallotone 'Champion' 3/4 size acoustic guitar, identical in make and model to that of the one owned and played by John Lennon - his first guitar. Notable as being played by Lennon at the Woolton Fete in July 1957, the day he first met Paul McCartney. Sunburst painted body, with white painted edge and a pressed steel plate and fixed wooden bridge. Original tuners. Physically in good condition with a low action and easily playable. Cosmetically has some signs of wear, commensurate with age. Lacking label to interior. Special piece of Beatles related memorabilia.

Record 2 (PMC 7068 -1/-1) is in similar clean Ex condition showing only a couple of very light and fine surface hairline marks. Complete with clean poster, photos, spacer and black inners. The original top loading sleeve (number 0246072) with remarkable 10mm wide spine is in superlative Ex+ condition showing a couple of extremely minor and light creases. Superb copy.

KT tax code side 2. The sleeve is in great Ex condition with some very minor scuffing on the front, the reverse flipback design in stunning order. With clean og Emitex inner.

The sleeve is in cool Ex condition with some minor foxing to the reverse, the flipback design tabs in fantastic order. With clean og Emitex inner.

With lovely sharp and clean labels. ZMT tax code side 2 label. Matrix/mother stampers: XEX 421-1N 2 GH & XEX 422-1N 1 L. Housed with the 1st printing 'right aligned' Angus McBean credit sleeve presented in great VG+ condition showing a few light creases and some minor wear to the reverse bottom right flipback tab, though no rips, tears or seam splits and with the spine sharp, clean and fully legible. The record (black/yellow Parlophone label design, PCS 3042, with 'Recording First Published', no 'Sold In UK') is in fantastic Ex+ condition showing only a couple of extremely faint, slight and wispy paper marks to the playing surfaces and a little 'bubbling' to the label on side 2. Noted interesting 'crossover' pressing with 'double' pressing rim on side 1 and 'single' pressing rim on side 2 (possibly Pye contract pressing, with again unusually side 2 label only showing 'K' tax code opposed to 'KT'). Matrix/mother stampers: YEX 34-1 1 GO & YEX 95-1 1 T. The sleeve (original for this pressing, large stereo, 'left aligned' Angus McBean credit) sleeve is in stunning Ex+ condition showing only a couple of very small and minor 'creases' - the sleeve essentially feeling 'as new'. With clean original Emitex inner. Wicked copy.

The record (black/yellow labels PCS 3045, with Jobete credit) is in lovely Ex condition showing only a couple of very light and minor surface hairline marks. Original side 2 label as 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me'. Matrix/mother stampers: YEX 110-2 3 GT & YEX 111-2 *unusually omitting mother at '9 o clock' position* H. With KT tax code side 2. The sleeve is in super sharp Ex condition with a couple of very minor laminate creases on the front, the reverse flipback tabs in superb shape. With clean og Emitex inner.

THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM LP (ORIGINAL UK STEREO COPY - PCS 7067/8). Very well presented original UK (first run record 1, second run record 2) stereo copy of The White Album. Record 1 (PCS 7067 -1/-1, with 'Sold In UK' and without 'EMI Recording') is in clean Ex condition showing only a couple of very light and minor surface hairline marks. Record 2 (PCS 7068 -1/-1, with 'Sold In UK' and with 'EMI Recording') is in fab Ex+ condition showing only a couple of extremely faint, slight and wispy paper marks. Complete with clean original poster, photos, spacer and black inners. The original top loading sleeve (number 0490936) is in cool Ex condition with a few light and minor scuffs and a little shelfwear to the wide 8mm spine. Stereo printed on the reverse.

THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME (2ND BLACK AND GOLD - INCLUDING 1ST AND 2ND PRINTING SLEEVES). Collectors' bundle featuring the debut long player from the fab four. Please note the record (2nd UK 'black and gold' mono pressing, PMC 1202 with Northern Songs credits for A1, A2,B4 & B6 and Dick James credits for A6 & A7) is graded in G condition with many surface marks and some light scratches to the playing surfaces, and with the labels somewhat faded though still fully legible. Matrix/mother stampers: XEX 421-1N 2 GL & XEX 422-1N 12 GM. Housed with a first printing 'right aligned' Angus McBean credit sleeve graded as G with noted tape repair to the flipback tabs, though with the front image still nice and clear and a second printing 'left aligned' Angus McBean credit sleeve graded in VG condition with some wear/lifting to the reverse flipback tabs though could be restored. With original Emitex inners.

Titles are Rubber Soul (mono PMC 1267 -4/-4 - sharp Ex condition record/VG+ some minor creasing/foxing), With The Beatles (2 copies, PMC 1206, including scarce Decca contract pressing with deep grooved labels, 7N/7N Dominion - lovely clean Ex condition record/VG+ minor ringwear and also 1st pressing 1N/1N Jobete - VG with some surface marks and one or two light scratches/VG+ sleeve in clean order) and Sgt. Peper's (mono PMC 7027, original wide spine sleeve - glossy VG+/with unused cutout and red inner/VG some creasing).

THE BEATLES - REVOLVER LP (ORIGINAL UK WITHDRAWN MIX COPY - PMC 7009). A well presented example of the scarce "withdrawn" mix of The Beatles 1966 studio album Revolver. The first issue with XEX-606-1 matrix number on Side 2 contains withdrawn version ("Remix 11") of "Tomorrow Never Knows". The record is (PMC 7009) is in glossy VG+ condition with a few light and minor surface hairline marks/scuffs though absolutely no heavier feelable scratches. The original sleeve is in sharp Ex condition with a couple of rather minor creases, with the reverse flipback tabs in very clean order and with the spine sharp and fully legible. Without any rips, tears or seam splits.
