Silver 4-piece tea and coffee set by Elkington & Co, rectangular style with scalloped corners, compressed ball feet to each conponant, engraved Japanese style decoration of cranes, bamboo and floral motifs, tea and coffee pots with black umbrella finials and scalloped handles, gold finish to inside of sugar bowl and milk jug, marks for Elkington & Co, Birmingham, 1891, pattern no. 16644, total weight approx. 60.3ozt. Condition Report: Overall very good, finial to teapot loose, no signs of repair to any pieces, no significant denting or damage to bodies, some scratches, wear and tear to handles, bodies and ball feet consistant with use.
