A MID VICTORIAN FOUR PIECE SILVER AND COFFEE SET Comprising a coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl and creamery, fashioned in the Louis style with falcon knobs and beak and figural spouts, two cartouches to each items with crest to one cartouche per item, hallmarked Sheffield 1854, maker M.H & Co (Martin, Hall & Co), weight 2258g (72.6 troy oz). Condition Report : Good for age with age related wear and tear, would benefit from a clean, coffee pot height to include knob 26cm. A 19th century Victorian silver hallmarked 3-piece tea service comprising teapot, sugar bowl and creamer jug. The set having arched shaped panels with engraved foliate detailing. The Tea pot hallmarked London marks are worn. The creamer and bowl hallmarked for Edinburgh 1894, sponsors mark for James Rettie & Sons of Aberdeen. Weight approx 380.4g. Tea pot measures 12cm tall, sugar bowl measures 4cm tall.
