George III silver hallmarked tea set comprising teapot, sucrier and cream jug London assay 1808, makers mark for Rebeca & William Emes, approximate weight 1000 g all in [3] condition: teapot - no dents, clear hallmarks 1809 to the base, no damage. sugar bowl - clear hallmarks to the side 1807 to the side, slight shallow bruise to one lower edge which is easily corrected. creamer - clear hallmarks 1807 to the side, part of handle missing (see image), small dent to one lower side (at 8 o'clock position as you view the image). Clarice Cliff - Sliced Circle & Blue W - A Globe shape early morning tea set circa 1929 comprising Globe shape teapot hand painted in the sliced circle pattern with matched tankard milk and sugar, together with two globe shape teacups and saucers and a side plate all hand painted in the Blue W pattern, mixed Fantasque and Bizarre marks. This set was gifted new circa 1929/30 as a wedding present to the vendors grandmother. While today considered a composed set these mixed pattern services were sold by retailers Lawleys when new.
