A 19th century continental pen work decorated box / tea caddy, of tapering squared form with a domed hinged cover, the locking lid decorated with a central penwork panel detailing a cottage exterior before a lawn with a lone stag, set within ornate borders, decorated to the front and sides with trailing oak leaves and acorns, 10.5 cm high, 12.5 x 14 cm, together with a small Regency veneered tea caddy of hinged box form, decorated with a central motif in penwork, mixed veneer and ivory inlay detailing a cherub and a rooster, 11.5 cm high, 10 cm wide, 11 cm deep.
