A Chinese blue and white bowl decorated with the central vignette of a figure within a border set with various symbols, bearing paper label to base 'Their Forerunners Exhibition 1981, Transitional Wares, the OCS of Hong Kong', diameter 15cm, an early Chinese shallow bowl decorated with two figures in a landscape and bearing paper label inscribed 'The O.C.S. of Hong Kong South East Asian and Chinese Trade Pottery Exhibition 1979', diameter 18.5cm, a small Chinese blue and white saucer dish, painted character marks to base, diameter 12cm and a Nanking cargo tea bowl and saucer bearing original Christie's paper labels to the reverse, diameter 12cm (5). *Provenance: Professor B. Lofts. CONDITION REPORT The first bowl has a 2cm fine hairline crack, otherwise in good condition. There is a hairline crack to the Nanking cargo bowl, a couple of small rim chips and fritting in parts.
