A 19th Century Meissen part tea set, royal blue ground with gilt lining and panels of floral sprays with insects, comprising bullet shaped teapot. slop bowl, cream jug and four cups and saucers height of teapot 14 cm CONDITION REPORTS Jug and teapot are of a quite significantly paler blue ground than the bowl and cups and saucers, teapot has finial to lid missing and overall some wear and scuffs, jug has some general wear but overall appears sound, bowl has some light general wear but appears to be sound, cups have some light general wear and a few scuffs but appear to be sound, saucers have some wear, scuffs and some scratches, one saucer is broken and glued and has some chips and a piece missing, another saucer has chips to rim and there are some slight variations to colour and shape of saucers, slop bowl approx.19.5 cm diameter.

CONDITION REPORT: There is a crack to the handle at the top where it meets the body of the teapot, there is some brown discolouration staining, noticeably to the lid of the teapot, a lot of loss of paint to the handle, lid and rim, the cups are ok, one of the saucers has a tiny underside rim chip, the bowl has a small chip and a crack, and the jug is OK, overall signs of wear throughout.

CONDITION REPORT: Some nibbles to the edge of a few cups, also one of them has a reglued section, other pieces have very minor nibbles to areas, rubbing to the gilding.
