A set of six commemorative silver tea spoons relating two World War I battlefields and strategic positions in France. Each spoon having a different crest atop and engraved to bowl for Armentieres, Bailleul, Albert, Ypres, Cassel and Bethune. All contained within a red leather case. Total weight 78.7g. Measures 13cm long.
George V silver tea set, Birmingham 1914-1916, makers marks rubbed but possibly George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, consisting of teapot with angular wooden handle and finial, milk jug and sugar bowl, the teapot engraved "To L. F Marsland from the Captain and Officers of H.M.T Olympic 2nd Sept. 1916", 32.4oz, R.M.S Olympic was an Olympic class liner and is probably best known as the sister ship of R.M.S Titanic. Olympic's career lasted from 1911-1935 during which time she served as a troop transport ship in the First World War earning the nickname "Old Reliable"

A quantity of c1920s Shelley 'Blue Pansy Chintz' pattern tea and coffee ware to include a teapot, hot water pot, coffee pot, six coffee cups and saucers, sugar bowl and creamer, four egg cups on stand with metal handle, cruet set, a small toast rack, a condiment dish with central handle, ashtray, large bowl and six fruit bowls. CONDITION REPORT There is a gilt edge six setting coffee service on which one cup has had the handle re-glued, rubbing to the gilt throughout, the fruit set with the blue rim has losses to the paint on the edge, as does the ashtray. Other pieces have no obvious signs of significant damage or repair.

A Wedgwood blue jasper ware bachelors three piece tea set, early 20th century, with applied classical sprig decoration, impressed marks. CONDITION REPORT: The teapot lid is in good order. The teapot body is generally in good order however one piece of figural sprigging is missing its lower half. There appears to be a small indent on the upper side rim of the spout which does not look like a crack but is worth mentioning. The cream jug has firing cracks around the top and lower sections of the handle where is joins the body. The underside of the spout has a small nibble. The interior of the spout has a 5 mm firing crack. The sucrier lid is in good decorative order. The sucrier body has small firing cracks around the upper side of one handle and small tears in the body but nothing too significant. One piece of figural sprigging is missing a section of its arm and head. The body still rings out when lightly tapped.
A good collection of assorted Oriental ceramics to include a teapot and tea bowl set, baluster vase, sprinkler vase, large charger, a sake set in original presentation box, a collection of tea bowls (2). CONDITION REPORT The black ground baluster vase has age-related wear, chips to the paint on neck of vase, some loss of enamel to decoration, no obvious sign of restoration. Cream ground baluster vase, crackle to the glaze, age-related wear. Tall baluster vase with figures: age-related wear, crackle to the glaze and some discolouration, large under rim chip.
An early 19th century Spode part tea and coffee set, circa 1820, comprising 8 coffee cans and 4 tea cups, all with London shape handles and 7 saucers and a small rectangular tray, each with underglaze blue printed and enamel decoration, pattern number 2638, factory marks to the underside. CONDITION REPORT: One coffee can has a crack across the handle just beneath the spur but the body is in good order. One cup has a 5 mm firing crack where the handle joins the body but is otherwise in good order. One coffee can has a 1.5 cm x 5 mm L shape crack issuing from the rim down the side which joins the handle but is otherwise good. One coffee cup has a very fine brown stained crack in the bottom of the cup approx 8 mm in length but otherwise in good order. One coffee cup has a 4 cm long hairline crack issuing from the middle of the rim but is otherwise in good order. 3 coffee cups appear to be in good order with no obvious faults. One teacup has a crack running across the bottom strut of the handle but is otherwise good. Another teacup has a small amount of pitting to the interior of the cup but is otherwise in good order. The two remaining teacups are in good order with no obvious faults visible. One saucer has a small 4 mm firing crack of the interior of the rim but it does not show through on the outer side. All remaining saucers appear to be in good order with only very minor light surface scratches. The sauce boat stand is free from any chips, cracks or obvious restorations however the red printed pattern has been slightly rubbed where the tureen stand has stood on it but otherwise is in good order. The majority of items all ring out nicely when lightly tapped
