Overall interspersed with panels of green enamel scrolling on an iron red cell ground. Reverse decorated with four iron red and green enamel floral sprigs with a red and green petal diaper around the channelled foot. Kangxi period. 36cm diameter approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) The body rings well, has various frits to glazes around the rim and similar frits/minor chips around inner foot rim. Auctioneers believe this to be period.
